This document is designed to help our users who are moving from Gmail to Outlook O365. 

The following six images highlight the key navigation areas and commonly used options for mail, calendar and contacts in both platformsWe show first the Office 365 layout followed by the Gmail equivalent.

 Mailbox Size Limits

 Standard mailbox size for mailboxes is set to 50GB per user.


OneDrive Storage Limits
Standard OneDrive Storage limits are set to 1TB per user.



Mailbox Size Limits
Standard mailbox size for gmail is set to 30GB per user (Shared with GDrive.)    

Google Drive Storage Limits
Standard Google drive size for are set to 30GB per user (Shared with Gmail.).
